PDF Engineer is offered as a paid subscription. Your subscription renews according to your selected billing period unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, reverse engineer protected portions of the software, or use PDF Engineer to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of files and data you upload or process. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate, maintain, and support the service.

PDF Engineer, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
