How do I enter or exit Expert Mode in PDF Engineer?
XPress X to toggle Expert Mode on or off. Expert Mode gives the drawing canvas more room by hiding the app toolbars.

Press X to toggle Expert Mode on or off. Expert Mode gives the drawing canvas more room by hiding the app toolbars.
Enter Expert Mode by pressing X. Press X again when you want to exit Expert Mode and show the toolbars.
Press } to toggle side-by-side mode on or off. This lets you compare two pages or views next to each other.
Press F11 to enter full-screen mode. Press F11 again to exit full-screen mode.
Annotations
Place a BOM balloon, flag note, or square note, then click the annotation and drag outward from it to create a leader.
Create a rectangle, circle, or closed polygon and select it. Press C, or right-click the selected shape and choose the cloud command from the context menu.
Highlight the text you want to redact, then press R or choose the redact button. Review the selected area before exporting or sharing the PDF.
Place the flag note, select it, and use the rotate controls to change its orientation.
Draw the symbol on the canvas, select all annotations that belong to it, right-click the selection, and choose Add to symbol library.
Place the datum, select its box, and use the rotate buttons to change the datum orientation.
Files and pages
Press Ctrl+E to export a standard, shareable PDF. Choose the destination and file name, then save the exported document.
Open the page thumbnails, then click and drag a thumbnail to the position where you want that page to appear.
On Windows, open Settings, go to Apps > Default apps, search for .pdf, and choose PDF Engineer.
